Having been a pro athlete his whole life, he understands more than anyone the personal needs and requirements of returning to training and competition following an injury. Sebastien makes sure that not only the specific injured area is located and treated but also other areas corresponding with the injury. He tailors his treatment methods and customises them to every patient to enhance effectiveness of his osteopathy techniques.

His priority with every patient is to provide honest, high quality, and effective care of treatment plan. His area of specialty is sports injuries, rehabilitation, pain and lifestyle management as well as exercise therapy. Sebastien is passionate about restoring body fitness and function to its optimum so that people can continue their life activities.

Cassandra Hie

Cassie is a firm believer that everyone can benefit from a Sports Massage. She took up running in 2015 to shed off stubborn post-baby weight. Running has not only helped her to lose weight but ignited her passion for it. She realized the importance of regular sports massages and the benefits one can reap, after being injured herself from running daily without proper knowledge of taking care of her body. She left a 20-year marketing career to be a certified Sports Massage Therapist. Her aim is to share and educate athletes on the importance and benefits of regular sports massage.

An ultra trail runner junkie, Cassie travels regularly for mountain trail races. As a Massage Therapist, she works with many runners who would see her for their pre and post races. She gets her job satisfaction when her patients tell her they feel lighter and feel like flying instead of running after the sports massage.
