Insurance
INSURANCE
Most health insurance companies cover both osteopathic treatment and rehabilitation. Please check with your insurance company prior to treatment as some companies may require a doctor’s referral.
At Next Health & Fitness we do not charge for completing any medical insurances forms.
Cancellation Policy:
We will reconfirm your appointment by email (2) two working days prior to the appointment.
For all appointments, a 100% charge will be imposed if cancelled or no-show within (24) twenty four hours of the appointment time.
